Ok, while I didn't get injured I still think my story rates right up there with everyone else's. Ok, I was at a friend's house one day and I got drunk off my ass and so he was in the kitchen making some food I was walking into the living room, looking completely forward and I fell over the arm of the couch onto the floor. At which point I got straight up and started screaming at this couch Fuck you this and fuck you that and then I started picking a fight with the couch asking if it wanted a piece of me and everything. I then jumped on the couch and started kicking and punching as hard as I could. After a few minutes I got tired and fell off and I took that as I lost and so I started backing off telling the couch that it was ok and that we were cool. So, in my drunken stupor...... I got my ass kicked by a couch. I think that one counts. je t'aime, LB "You haven't truly made it until your head is on a pez dispenser." "I once stayed up all night playing poker with tarot cards. I am now starting to develop sites for the SWAP (southwest) region of Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona. If anyone want to claim that page please let me know, otherwise it will be a floater. Also each of the regions seem to have about six states. The exception to this is MWAP. If the midwest wants to give up Oklahoma, Brendles will include it in SOAP also if Minnesota wants to head North to NCAP (north central APs) I can put Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and N. & S. Dakota in that group. This would still leave MWAP with a whopping 11 states to contend with. Nebraska is the only other state that could go North as Iowa and Kansas are truly midwest. A leader for this group would also be greatly appreciated. Lastly, about our nether-regioned friends in Alaska and Hawaii do you want to unite as the Forsaken APs (FAPS) or do you have other ideas? That would cover all of out godblessed states! The MOTD makes note of the fact that yes, Dal Net is experiencing some technical difficulties, much like the rest of the internet. I am sorry that I have not been more on the situation, I have been away from chat quite a bit lately, as I will also be tonight. As with the Dal Net situation, I expect mine to return to "normal" some time soon. those of you with something other than the Http://Poe.Org Jpilot conncetion for your #poe connection should point your program to /server nexgo.de.eu.dal.net or after connecting, t ype /links and select the server at the top of the heap. I expect that the "twisted.ma.dal.net" and "tsunami.ma.dal.net" servers will soon return to the top of that list. I'm not sure if any others on this list are on the irc.dal.net e-mail list, I know Roger AKA NSM is, but thats about it. Spend a little time, just reading the technical issues involved in running the network, and consider the credentials of some of the all volunteer force behind this network, and you will have the faith that I do, that you are in the best, most competent hands available. sp00k etc ...
