I really appreciate it.And I also feel a little dumb considering most of the shows she's playing out here are so close to my home that POE her self could have hit me over my head with a 2 x 4 while performing. But it was great to see how many of you are close to me also. I will be looking forward to possibly meeting up with some of you, and Im seriously contemplating the backstage pass for the Marysville show Aug. 1st. Any one else??? Anyways thanks a lot!!! A new MTV series, "Live at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame," will feature prerecorded highlights from the rock hall's summer concert schedule, including upcoming performances by Kid Rock sidekick Uncle Kracker, rapper Redman, alternative-pop singer Poe and chart-topping metalheads Staind. The cable network will tape 10 half-hour episodes of the weekly series, set to premiere at 8 p.m. July 11. The MTV tie-in will provide "tremendous" national exposure for the rock hall, said David Spero, the museum's vice president of education and public programs. "It's an opportunity for us to show the museum . . . to people who haven't had a chance to be here," he said. "Live at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame" will showcase acts onstage in the museum lobby. A camera crew will tag along as artists tour the rock hall's exhibits, too. "It's the perfect opportunity for musicians to talk about their icons and inspirations," said Mitch Goldstein, vice president of production development and specials for MTV. Following is the schedule of other confirmed summer shows at the museum. Unless otherwise noted, tickets are $5. Show times and ticket outlets will be announced shortly. Yeah, I can really see your point! There was a girl at my school who was out in a boat with friends that were drinking and she fell overboard, hit her head and drowned and the others were too out of it to notice. Now I didn't know her so I really couldn't care less. Which in no way makes a person heartless in my opinion. But 4 yrs. ago a person I knew was shot and killed, and these people who thought he was a geek just talked shit about him, which made me mad to no ends. Cause the people in my school should have been in his place, they are such assholes and he was a pretty decent kid. So don't listen to people like that. Be who want to be, and say what you want to say. This kid was doing something self destructive and that is definately not your fault if you didn't like him. Okay, I'll stop before I start sounding like a guidance counselor or something.
