I have spent a couple hundred hours setting this up and now Poe is required under tour contract to go to Florida to shoot some MTV promos for the tour ( MTV is one of the main sponsors of the tour.) She will be gone from the 4th to the 7th and then has to fly straight to Quebec to begin the tour. There will be a couple of things done to make this right, Paul and Poe will be making some statements in the list about what is going on. I am literally sick over this. But it will be good to see Poe on MTV more and we will deal with it. This is good for Poe, but unfortunate for us. They were hoping to have some more rehearsal time, but are loosing a couple days for this shoot so they are not really TOTALLY happy either! ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 31 May 2001 21:42:30 EDT From: KrodKnid@aol.com Subject: Re: difficult to watch NPR In a message dated 5/31/2001 6:52:35 PM Eastern Daylight Time, lynx0333@hotmail.com writes: > while on this little thread I need to add a movie that I saw this past > weekend while in chicago: > The Naked Lunch > based on a William Burroughs (spelling?) book > I don't recomend it, hard to watch cause... well he cut up his manuscripts > and shuffled them. that is true. (i didn't get to work on this movie but it was done at the place where i work so i got to see it in bits and pieces while my friends were working on it). ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 31 May 2001 23:35:13 EDT From: LivTheMdns@aol.com Subject: Need a little favor, KPR If anyone has any bastardized poe lyrics, can you send them to me? Go psychos!! In almost 9 days: Unique Visitors 340 Homepage Hits 268 Total Webpage Hits 6599 Bandwidth Used 11.37 GB Most Popular Day May-24 Homepage Hits Average per day 24 Webpage Views Average per day 599 Unique Visitors Average per day 30 Also, I went through and replaced all the spaces with underscores to get rid of that ugly %20 that replaces the spaces when you go to urls. Dunno if anyone was having problems with that, but it won't hurt anything other than hard links from outside sites. (which I highly discourage btw) Anyways, if anyone is interested in the stats, they can be found on the site now.. http://poe.navelsex.com/poe/stats/stats.html The Tonight Show is by far the most popular.. And since it looks like a lot of people follow links from email, for convenience: http://poe.navelsex.com/POE/Video/Hey_Pretty/Poe-HeyPretty(CollisionMix)-MPE G1.mpg http://poe.navelsex.com/POE/Video/Hey_Pretty/Poe-HeyPretty(CollisionMix)-Div X.avi Watch out for the text wrapping. One last plea, does anyone out there know a program/way to go through all the directories and create very simplistic webpages with the link to the files? I don't have the time to upkeep a webpage with this much stuff cause I'd much rather spend the time on getting it up rather than making it look pretty. And currently Apache lists files with truncated names, making it difficult to see what each thing is. If anyone has any ideas or leads, drop me an email please. Thanks.. :) I'll go away now, and let everyone get back to the normal Poe mail. :) Ed Hunsinger ed@poe.org AIM: ied33i ICQ: 15667748 http://ed.hunsinger.org http://www.screamradio.net http://listen.to/wdub http://poe.navelsex.com ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 1 Jun 2001 01:27:56 EDT From: LivTheMdns@aol.com Subject: Re: Need a little favor, NPR yea... but I need to know what they heard... or I should say what they think they heard.
