Just hilarious. And touching, hell, it's got everything. The best part would probably when they're flying home (what's up with the airplane stories huh?) from a trip with their son, and the kid gets sick, and throws up all over Terry. So Terry (Dan's 'hubby') rushes him to the bathroom, and Dan follows. They're in their for a few minutes cleaning up the kid. When they step out, Terry's shirt's off and the flight attendent says something like "you can't be doing that in there!" and he responds with "We're not f#@king in your bathroom!!! We've got a f#@king sick baby in here!!!" which Dave sums up with "My hero." heheh. It's much better in the book. Trust me. Great book. The guy's been in office just over 100 days, and the energy problem is HIS fault??!! Gimme a break. It goes to show how stupid a significant portion of the population is. Make that ignorant, not necessarily stupid, because I can't believe that many people are that stupid, but rather, they just want to imagine that it's Bush's fault, because they hate him, and THAT is ignorant. Try some honesty, people. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 23 May 2001 00:35:43 EDT From: Dan98908@aol.com Subject: Re: AOLAPs? > Sure I have been there, because it is open to ALL, it is on the real > internet, its not an invite only club for those > who belong to another exclusive club. > This is constructive criticism and is helpful! It should NOT be an exclusive club and I can see how it would have the appearance of being that way. That is wrong! So if ANYONE would like to join the AP SUBlist on AOL just send me email and you will be added to the list. I really do appreciate your constructive criticism. If you are not an AOL member feel free to use the REAL Internet, it is accessible from ANY ISP. I just checked and frontiernet.net and yahoo.com can reach aol.com just fine. That is one of the beauties of the REAL Internet! All I ask is that all posts MUST be Poe or AP related. Remember that this is a SUB group with a limited purpose. If messages are posted that are NOT furthering that purpose they will be forwarded back to the main AP list where they belong. The rules of posting will be the same as discussed and adopted on DalNet #poe chat and any not following the rules will suffer the same fate of loosing their voice in the sublist. ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 22 May 2001 21:42:14 -0700 (PDT) From: mysterywoman_36 Subject: PR Lots of CA questions I was just wondering--is there a mailing list for WCAP????? Oh--I am SO jealous of all you lucky people who went to the Skin Market :) Another thing--does anyone have the directions to the place in Burbank where the Poe meet and greet on June 5th is? Now that sounds a bit different than the AOL thing... You really ought to try talking to me about #poe matters some time... sp00k ,,, of bad grammar, punctuation, etc... but still PR, who knew this thread was still etc ...
