Sorry, update doesn't have 2001 tour dates ;P just some miscellaneous interviews she's done so far this year. The swag list has updated promo junk and magazine articles. If you have something to add to either list, please e-mail me and let me know! For the Press section of the swag list, I don't include articles that are just album reviews. So for example, the issues of Maxim and Interview that had reviews aren't listed. Talk is listed because even though the article is just a rehash of the bio, there was an exclusive picture published. I hope you get the gist of the list now...there are 3 university magazines from the end of 2000 listed, so if there are more out there I'd like to hear about it! Besides the discography, the other document that needs updating is the Poe tabs file. If you have one that I don't have please e-mail it to me! I think I'm missing one or two now. http://members.aol.com/vr5sbloom/tour.txt http://members.aol.com/vr5sbloom/poeswag.txt http://members.aol.com/vr5sbloom/poetabs.txt I will work on the main page (poe.html if you don't want to copy and paste all those links) and discography this week if I have time. - --Michele Open for trades! http://trade.shelle.org/ Got promos, bootlegs, or MP3s of your favorite artist? I went to Target and paced around electronics for an hour, but saw no Poe. I think they switched the video at the beginning of the month. ::( Anyway, I did come up with an idea for recording the Haunted clip while I was there, although I'm sure it would cause someone who tried it to get arrested or something ::) There are TV/VCR combinations there...just bring an opened and labeled video tape in, so it wouldn't look stolen, pop it in and go shopping...come back two hours later and in theory the Haunted clip would be on it. The only catch was I didn't see a HiFi TV/VCR combo. And of course the durn security cameras all over the place. Blah on missing out on this ::( For those of you wondering what I'm babbling about, Target was showing a live clip of Haunted from the Blair Witch Hollywood concert on their in-store video, TVN. I was telling psychos to bring in a video camrea to record it ::P The good news is, there were 5 or so copies of Haunted at $9.99. Bring a copy with you for Spring Break! - --Michele Open for trades! http://trade.shelle.org/ Got promos, bootlegs, or MP3s of your favorite artist? Feel guilty? As an employee of Target, lemme tell you.....baaaaaaad idea :) Bad. Illegal. The only place in the store thats heavily stocked with security cameras is electronics. (MMB-- movies, music, and books. Easiest things to steal.) And yes, the videos change once a month. Have you tried ebay for videos like that? ~~Amanda~~ "Well, I say we go out there kick a little demon ass! What, can't go without your Buffy? Is that it? Too chicken? Let's find her! She is the Chosen One, after all! Come on! Vampires! Rrrrgh! Nasty! Let's annihilate them! For justice and for...the safety of puppies and...Christmas, right? Let's fight that evil! Let's kill something! Oh, come on!" - --Spike. ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 12 Mar 2001 07:27:24 -0500 From: ~~Amanda~~ Subject: New psycho!! :) Greetings all life forms :) I've been lurking a day or two, and decided to finally introduce myself. Stats: Name: Amanda Marion Weiss Age: 20 Occupation: Pick one. Working 2 jobs. Thats enough about me. I heard of Poe a long time ago (some WB show always does "music on this show done by....") and I heard Poe. Sounded interesting but I promptly forgot. Then I heard of her again, and started collecting MP3s, but couldn't really listen to them. I'm always doing 8 things when I'm online. Finally, visiting a friend in Boston, he ended up talking on his cell phone for an hour while we were at Tower, so I found a listening station, found Poe, and started, well, listening. I was hooked : )Bought "Haunted" that day. ~~Amanda~~ "Is Antonio Banderas a vampire?" "No." "Oh. Can I make him a vampire?" "No. Wait. On second thought, yes. Go do that. Take your time. Do Melanie and the kids as well." - --Harmony and Spike. ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 12 Mar 2001 14:24:17 -0500 From: "Claire HM" Subject: more radio news This week in boring old Traverse city Poe is the featured artist of the week! I just got mine that I ordered to check out the final product. The front design works well, however the design in the back seems to be kind of dark and a little blurred in my opinion. If any other psychos in the area would like to see what the shirt looks like and will be in my area (I live in woodbridge, about 20 miles south of DC) let me know, I'd love some additional opinions on the final product. I'm thinking of uploading the design again this time at a higher resolution and possibly lightened too. ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 12 Mar 2001 19:08:26 -0600 From: Tony Cusumano Subject: * Vegas * March 7, 1997 * hello...
