well... I am probably the one who should answer the t-shirt question

1.  The shirts are in their final form as of now, still please don't order
them yet, I still have some stuff to take care of so that I don't get in
trouble.  In other words, the shirts themselves are done, but not yet for
sale.  (Be patient grasshopper)

2.   I am waiting on Poe's approval of the final design of them.  There
should be no problem with this, she seems to have liked the last one I made
and the only difference is that in the final design, I got higher resolution
version of the same photo, and used that one for a better graphic.  It was a
definite improvement.

3.   The idea is also currently in the clutches of attorneys [insert lawyer
joke here].  They are saying that my main problem is going to be if the
person who took the pictures I used decides she wishes to sue.  I doubt the
photographer would have sued in the first place, but I guess I will be
keeping my butt covered and at the same time keep the attorneys happy by
getting a signed release for the use of the pictures.  I would like to thank
Bich Ngoc Cao for letting me use her picture, and she said that she'd be
willing to sign the papers if they get sent her way.  I am waiting on word
from one of Poe's attorneys so that I can tell them who to bother for a
signature.

4.  Last, but not least,  check out the shirts at

getting an e-mail when they're approved by the people who need to approve
them.


Wondering how many attorneys it takes to screw in a lightbulb,

P.S. I'm thinking that if these shirts do well, I may end up making other
designs along with a few other psychos.

I agree, too many ads had killed tv for me. What I hate is that I pay for
cable and they still show ads! The networks are making money from me and the
ad companies, maybe I'm in the wrong line of work?
