People like Xeno who continually post shit and change emails and come back with another name posting more shit can easily be avoiding by clicking "block user" as soon as you realize who it is. It is simple, and most importantly it is private. No one else knows who you block, so no one's feelings will be hurt. You can go on your merry way and just receive posts from people you know are going to provide you with good quality Poe info. Maybe a lot of you already do this, but for those of you who don't, why not consider it as an option, so instead of getting into flame wars, you actually never see what some jackasses say to try to instigate problems. You can even block me if you want to! Make sure to check out the link to the book review at the end, has some insight on why blue. Oh yeah - thanks to the two who offered me Poe files, but I got 'em...I need boots! Lots of them, all shapes, sizes and colors. I am not limited to wanting just Poe's Yellow Cabs. Offer me stuff! Or if you want stuff just let me know. - --Michele ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 26 Jun 2000 06:50:13 EDT From: KrodKnid@aol.com Subject: Re: List related:people you do not like In a message dated 6/26/2000 2:52:19 AM Eastern Daylight Time, jmuncy@hotmail.com writes: << Maybe a lot of you already do this, but for those of you who don't, why not consider it as an option, so instead of getting into flame wars, you actually never see what some jackasses say to try to instigate problems. A British tourist in Portugal who had a triumphant deep-sea fishing trip decided to take his trophy, a 5-foot shark, back to his hotel room. Only it was still alive. The 38-year-old Briton, whose name was not given, managed to sneak the slippery specimen into his room at the posh Marinotel hotel in the town of Vilamoura, the weekly Expresso said Saturday. He then called the reception desk to report that he had a live shark in his bathtub. The bathroom was flooded, according to hotel employees who rushed to the scene. The fish apparently still had some fight left when the man immersed it in the filled tub, the newspaper said. When the tourist checked out of the hotel after a week's vacation, he left a humorous thank-you note, saying he hoped the management had enjoyed the gift, according to Expresso. There was no word on the fate of the fish. It wasn't immediately clear whether the hotel restaurant serves shark fin soup. AP-NY-06-10-00 1022EDT Copyright 2000 The Associated Press.
