Subject: New Poe CD Info

Hey all!

The latest I've heard from my friend who works for Poe is that the CD is
being released sometime in mid to late August.  Apparently, that's the
FINAL date.  They're through mixing the songs.  They have just a few more
things to work on, then they're on to mastering.  They turn it in to
Atlantic by the end of the week (I believe).  

I mentioned to him your remarks about Atlantic not doing any promoting,
and he laughed and said, "It's ironic that they should say that, 'cause
Poe just had a meeting with Atlantic yesterday about that very topic!"

for mid August around the second or third week. Mastering should be finished

    I caught myself trying to put my finger on just what exactly it is about
POE or more importantly her music that keeps my attention, maybe because I
have been asked so many times to categorize her music,  and I guess it is
because no matter what style she sings, it seems to emanate from a soul much
older than you would expect of the youthful POE we know, that is what sets
her apart from all the other ladies I hear out here.....and the beat goes
on.......

Whoa, bro, this (as duly noted) is the SECOND confirmation on the AUGUST 
release date. is it any wonder why this list ISN'T called the I CAN'T READ 
list. kidding dude.

 But if you've been watching the release date slowly edge towards 2005 (heh), 
you'll see where me and my companion both have confirmations from our 
Atlantic Rep's (and people that work with POE herself) of the August date, 
not the previously thought  July 11th date.

 So I say, AGAIN, this is the SECOND confirmation on the August date :)

Yes my point is that I think if you could sort this list by subject over the
last 3 years it would be interesting to count up the total number of LOL "
confirmed " release dates for the "NEXT CD"  and like Charlie Brown, I keep
