It's like comparing Scream to Hellraiser... The Stoned Age to Dazed and Confused... Carrot Top to Dennis Miller. I dunno. I mean, a lot of the audience would like both, but therewould be a bunch of fans who like just Trent and not Tori, and vice versa. Remember when Hole toured with Manson? Has some bad >possibilities.... Sure the Hole/Manson show had it's problems, but what do you expect form putting a boy band with a GRRRL band? You don't put mustard on a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich. I didn't really know what to expect from that show, but the whole thing turned out to be a great show... at least it was for my town. It has to be one of the top ten shows I've ever seen from a large venue. Both bands performed with nothing lacking... the crowd only really got restless when the opening band was on. For the most part people listend to the radio to find out what band was going first that night... those who wanted to see hole saw them and left... and those who wanted to see manson showed up as Hole's set was ending..... Tori and Trent is a different story. I know many people who enjoy both NIN and Tori Amos..... I also recall the Tori/Alanis tour being great... I don't know maybe it just depends on the town and it's people.... the thing to keep in mind is that you're there to enjoy the music, not to judge it's audience..... First of all, everyone has a right to their own opinion on such topics, secondly, sex used to be and can be more special, valued, or fulfilling than society has made it. Obviously, if someone thinks of sex as pleasure just a phonecall away, sure, if that's the way you want to do it. But you have no right to criticize those with other ideas. -Rebecca ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 31 Jan 2000 17:28:51 EST From: AENIMA4572@aol.com Subject: SEX ENJOY SEX NOW!
