[Ed Hunsinger Subject: End of Summer and Two Turntables.. Yes, this is somewhat Poe related! :) Well, the summer is over for just about all of us.. Sorry to those that didn't have any sort of summer vacation. I spent mine at the Homestead building a house, which isn't done yet, but won't be for awhile, but at least we got a ton of work done. :) Anyways, last week I finally got one of my goals of this summer accomplished. I went out and purchased a set of turntables and a mixer to start spinning. :) Two Technics 1200-mk2's (the best tables money can buy), and a Numark 1001 mixer for those techy type people out there.. :) I don't have many records now, so I've been using the remix albums I do have to just mess around with lately. One of those albums is the two record set of the Hello remixes from Poe that I bought way back when.. :) They mix rather well, and they're fun to just mess around with... So, while I wait for Poe to come out with her new album, I'll mix her old stuff together and try to make some sort of new music.. :) Anyways, I've got way too much email to answer, so I"m off.. Hope everyone had a good summer!
