Horrible acting? I'd like you to find me one actor/actress that can get so worked up in a scene that she's crying her eyes out and has snot dripping down her nose.. I consider that acting... I think it's a good movie, but for those people who are growing up and watching only the movies with the newest and greatest special effects, and never bother to watch other types of movies, you won't like it. Take a few hours one of these days and watch some of the lower budget movies, and movies without special effects. I still remember the intrigue that seeing my first silent film gave me.. An old poorly filmed German film about a sleep-walking murderer, but still a rather spooky and interesting film... I havent seen The Blair Witch Project yet, but I know that sometimes the low budget films end up being the best.. "The Silence Of the Lambs" was a very low budget film, I think it was only around $3 million.. a little more then $10,000, but still, to make a movie, thats really low, and I think that is one of the best movies ever made. I didnt think it was that scary, but I loved it anyways..(saw it the other night again) and that was also the movie the really sent Jodie Foster's career soaring....
