"watch our children kill each other with a gun they got from wal-mart's discount stores", i believe. i personally did not harbor much of an opinion on this subject- i just figured the list must be very, very bored if they're debating wal-mart...but if the goddamn store's pro-life, i'm against it. i vaguely remember hearing about this, but i didn't know it was the same silly discount chain we were discussing! i suppose i should spout the feminazi rhetoric now that i am so infamous for- "keep your laws off my body", etc. but i am too busy searching for colleges. yes, colleges. i spent 2 years in grade school obsessed with college [basically the idea of leaving this town/state forever] and now my mom wants me to visit campuses. hello, i'm going into my sophomore year, i don't want to yet... my first choice is sarah lawrence, but the price tag is a little much. if anyone knows of a "freak college"- er, liberal arts school near new jersey [ny, penn, mass, maryland, anywhere near me] that's not all that expensive, PLEASE email me. my search is turning up $30,000 private schools...while we're not exactly poor ::strokes computer:: and i am an only child, i am also the only child of a single mother who wants me to go to rutgers. nothing against rutgers, of course, i'd just rather be...farther away. .sarah. - --- Red Alcoholic Clown wrote: > > walmart banned sheryl crow's s/t because there was a > lyric that said (and > i'm paraphrasing): "walmart sells guns to kids." > > another idiocy of walmart is that they don't carry > the morning after pill. a > chain who can be extremely accessible to those who > need emergency > contraceptives doesn't carry the morning after pill. > > i say, come to the california bay area. we've got > cheap cd stores aplenty. > > ** > Red Alcoholic Clown > IM me at SadAlClown, if dare you. > Or bug me through ICQ 24882350. > Then, if you like elitist opinions and lots of > arbitrary lists and an ugly > page layout, go to > http://members.tripod.com/~Mettic/front.html > Allow me to share my genius: > "The Great Man is without fear of 'opinion'; he > lacks the virtues that > accompany 'respectability.'
