After further examination I'd have to upgrade (V)(V) to "OK, I guess" or sligtly above Tolerable (the songs are rather catchy.) But, he could never hold a candle to Nick Cave, Poe, or The Cure (all falling under the Amazing genre) Just some psychotic thoughts from Brother Bob _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? That was a duet with Kylie Minogue, who is also an Australian. She started her career on an atrocious Australian soapie called Neighbours, and I think most of us will always associate her with dear old Charlene going up to live on the Gold Coast in a caravan with Scott after their lovely wedding :~~) (who was played by Jason Donovan, who basically copied Kylie's career afterwards, although last I heard he was in a heroin detox clinic in London). After she left the soap, she made a series of atrocious 80s pop singles, started going out with Michael Hutchence (from INXS, who died last year), "discovered sex", reinvented herself, started releasing slightly better songs, moved to England (where she is more popular than she is here), became known as the "singing canary" (she's quite short) and is gradually increasing her coolness quotient (incredibly helped in my eyes by her Nick Cave duet). She has also been in several movies, the best known are probably Streetfighter (she played Cammy), and Biodome where she was one of the scientists in the biodome. I'm not sure what she's doing at the moment, although she came back here at the beginning of the year to host the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras (where she is always featured). and a great remake of "Lay, Lady, Lay" where did you find/hear this?
