If I recall, Rusty showed Poe the tape trees and she was delighted with the idea but I guess thought one or two of the performances on them were not up to par, and she said tape trees were fine as long as she got to listen/approve them before they got distributed. So unless anyone is in a position to get her approval on things, it'd be sort of behind her back. I also remember someone saying something about Modern or Atlantic or _someone_ not wanting us to make CDs...for some reason they're "more illegal" than tapes or some such nonsense. In fact, the poor bastard who brought it up really got his head chewed off by irate APs who thought he (she? I forget) had somehow made Poe hate us simply by suggesting such a thing. Oh, we are so silly sometimes. Twalen Fleety MonkeyMan _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!? It is totally 80s glam rock. I am aware of 2 versions currently floating around there was a super limited original CD and there is also a version issued as a bootleg under the name Pacific label. The Pacific edition also contains some early forgotten tracks such as Ode to the Bananna King. If you must Y Kant, for the money, the pacific edition is worth it ($35 from most "import" cd dealers) One other Tori boot tip... the boot entitled FORGOTTEN EARTHQUAKES is the most spectacular unofficial disc currently available. It is a collection of all... ALL of the B-sides from Little Earthquakes plus a lot more. I have about 70 Tori discs, and this is by far my favorite. It has tracks that simply are no longer available.
