My name is Mike, 25 year old Portlander (that would be Oregon, not Maine). No idea where I first heard her, but bought the cd a day later. Other musicians, name it and I probobly listen to it. Barring country and Yanni/John Tesh, that ain't music. Ha ha. That's pretty much it, just like to get a copy of a live cd, but haven't found any boots.... have you? ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 20 Mar 1998 23:23:53 -0800 (PST) From: Jiamin Tang Subject: Re: Rise and Shine Remix/Whatever on the CD thing Did you AP's know that Jezebel got thrown over a wall and eaten by dogs? Bereda" Subject: Rise & Shine, Tape Trees, etc. Hey fellow APs: I'll buy the "Rise and Shine" CD even if it has only one song on it, but I'd love to have all of the versions on it. I'd also like to get the Tape Trees on CD. I wasn't on the list when they originally went around. Maybe proceeds from the Tape Tree CD could go to L.A.F.F. I don't have the equipment to make CDs, but I'd be willing to help distribute them and make sure the money went to L.A.F.F., if Poe agrees to the idea. I've bought every Poe CD, CD single, or album that I could get my hands on, but some are not always easy to find! In fact, if anyone knows where I can buy any of the "Angry Johnny" CD singles, please let me know. It has both versions of AJ (LP and band) and it also has "Dolphin" on it. Although it is like $10. Any idea where I can get a THJ single?! Jason caps@poe.org > -----Original Message----- > From: D. Limp Bizkit was just on Fashionaby Loud on MTV and they rocked, Sevendust, Coal Chamber, Snot and Incubus are also really good. I don't know about Soulfly, never really heard of em. I hope that this isn't a complete list of shows because I live in Pittsburgh and as of this list, they aren't coming to Pittsburgh. When I orginally brought up the Padre Fear idea......it was because it's not available anywhere else. I'm buying Rise and Shine no matter what. But I also want CD versions of all the songs I have on tape. I don't really listen to tapes all that often and I usually listen to music while I'm on the comp....so I use the CDrom drive to listen to my CD's.....anyway. CD tree sounds like a great idea.....or put a song on Rise and Shine, no matter what I"m buying it. Mike D.
