Look on the taskbar of your screen (should be the bottom left hand corner) for an icon of a speaker. Double-click it. From there, you should be able to change what you need. If don't have the icon, you should still be able to get to the mixer by clicking START -> Programs -> Accesories -> Multimedia -> Volume Control. To change between the playback and recording mixers click on Options -> Properties from the mixer program. Hope this helps. She had this idea that she'd charge 10 bucks a head for aps, and then a little ap fund would be created from that. On the Backstage Passes. I am the first proponent of grass roots ideas, but this one needs to be stopped... With the potential impact of an Angry Psycho Backstage Pass, this needs to come from the top down. I have been working with Fishkin Entertainmment and POE to make it happen. Infact, the artwork is done, I have set up a P.O. Box and have talked with Fishkin about the rules that will govern the use of the AP Pass... * * * Jon is correct, POE brought up the idea of a small AP fund and begin a fanclub. She want the laminant (Backstage Pass) to be a surprise to the first group of AP's (So don't tell anybody). * * * * * * * * * FINAL THOUGHTS - * * * * * * * * * A. This is a fucking great idea. B. POE is already on it (I am assisting in that process). C. If we are unorganized, we will fail. D. To me, it is time to focus on the Angry Psycho Photo Album. This is a much larger grassroots idea and to implement it effectively would show the world what an online fan club is all about. In turn, I think it will show POE and her management the importance of The Angry Psychos and speed up the establishment of the Fan Club (with backstage passes to follow). * * * Knowing the business of backstage passes, if we all have different ones because somebody only made 20 for their closest AP's, then we have failed. I love the cohesiveness of the AP's (we established it the last year with our events) and I don't want to lose that. Remember, we are all over the world and staring at computer screens -- we have everything going aaginst us, as far as organization goes. * * * I am feeling like a dickhead about squashing this idea, because it really got some people to post to the list. I just want to make sure that you understand the importance of letting POE and Fishkin Entertainment initiate it. THEY HAVE THE POWER! * * * We are very lucky as to the access to POE that we have and I will be damned if I am going to let her success distances us from her. We need to be methodic and overzealous at the same time. * * * Thank you and please ask questions if you feel alienated. POE.ORG At 11:10 AM 2/1/98 -0800, you wrote: >> Hey! I just got an idea.
