(let's all forget the video for "criminal" when discussing fiona, shall we? let's discuss her more wonderful songs, like "never is a promise" and "first taste" {leah, keep down your shouts}) fifth of all....when is there a new poe cd coming out? love, }|{ manda ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 2 Jan 1998 19:32:41 -0400 From: "Anthony Amato" Subject: Re: NPR: Thanks for your help. I was thinking, since there doesn't seem to be any space on the web to put up a lot of Poe MP3's, I'd distribute them through AOL... files are relatively easy to send through AOL attatched to email... I'm sorry that this offer is only open to AOL members..if there is some better way to get mp3's out, someone let me know... but anyways.. I'm going to be making mp3's of Poe songs (live stuff, stuff on singles, etc.) and then I'll attach them to emails that are addresed to any AOL people that are interested.. that is if I get enough interest in this... If you are reading this and dunno what mp3's are, search on the web and get youself educated.. :) I'll distribute a copy of Winplay with the first MP3 I send out for people that don't have it...but, if you are interested, and you are on AOL.. let me know.. follow these instructions.... 1. address an email to AspenEd 2. In the title put "Interested in Poe MP3's" 3. In the body of the email put your AOL Screen name that you want the files sent to, the Poe mp3 you want to see uploaded, and a cool quote just for the hell of it... 4. Then send the email to me. If there is enough people interested to make it worth my while (it takes a few hours for each MP3) I'll let everyone know, and start it up....like Isaid, if anyone knows of a better way to distribute Poe MP3's let me know.. like I said, space is hard to come by... but anyways.. hopefully enough people will be interested...:) Ed Aspened@aol.com ed@poe.org ------------------------------ End of angry-psychos-digest V3 #2 *********************************
