Here it is: POE will be performing WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12, 1997 at BILLBOARD LIVE in West Hollywood, California for a private party thrown by Apple Computers in honor of the Internet Convention which is being held March 12 - 14 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Jokes and forwards and such have no place on the ANgry-Psychos mailing list.. if you like these jokes so much go to the newsgroups or search Jokes on Yahoo... you'll find more than enough and no bandwith will be taken up... you can get hte jokes you want when you want them and noone will bitch at you... or another idea.. Jarrod, I know how at one time you had a poe.org email address that sent mail to all the APs without sending it to the list.. if its not too much trouble, could you setup something like this forthe people who like the jokes? other than that.. (which is probably too much to ask of Jarrod) go to newsgroups and web pages people... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ed ehunsing@bgsm.edu "Because I could not stop for Death He kindly stopped for me. On every other ML that I'm on, sending fwds to the list is pretty much a sin. The best solution is to send in a letter along the lines of "I've got some forwards that are really funny, if you'd like them, send me your address" and to your credit, that is what you did now. But if you send them to the list again, I will send each one back to you 100 times, no less. I already get these sort of things from all of my friends and don't need any more of them. I'm on 6 mailing lists, think if everyone fwded these jokes in...all of us high-volume email people would go nuts. :) On Tue, 11 Mar 1997, silver pepper girl wrote: > I'm caving in. Oh, and could you send me like a few hundred of your business cards so I can write my name and number on the back for handing out to tour managers and stuff. :) Tyler Martin tyman@crl.com ROCKTOONS Image Library http://www.crl.com/~tyman/rocktoons/ ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 11 Mar 1997 22:24:32 -0700 From: "Shaun P. Thanx for putting up with me. Thanx Terry! Tyman...It was nice of you to hang with me while I was in a rough state. I gave alot of people grief. Now that everyone knows I appriciated them, POE WAS GREAT!! Her show ruled. I could not believe how awesome POE is!
