Bounced mail consumes resources unnecessarily and fill up my mailbox up unnecessary mail. Here are a couple examples of what cause bounce messages: - - Your service provider's host is down. There is not much that you can do about that and is usually ignored by me, unless it continues for an extensive period of time. - - Your mailbox is full. The subscriber hasn't read their mail in a while and their mailbox has reached whatever limitations their system places on it. I don't like unsubscribing someone with a full mailbox and usually don't unless the condition persists for more than a couple days. Sometimes there are good reasons for someone not being able to read their mail for a couple days, but after a while, these get tiresome. Tip: If you are using a ISP that has a mail quota on your mailbox (like AOL, Juno, etc), you'll need to keep an eye on this. Once your mailbox fills up, all of your list's bounces go to me and I'd rather not deal with it. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know.
