Like her five fave cds right now. The last book she read. (these are the teen beat questions, but I think it would be cool to know these so :P ) What's her Fave Movie? Star Wars or Star Trek (I'm pretty sure I already know that one *grin* "Just another Jedi Mind Trick") Her fave Food. Is she Vegan? For some reason I am under the impression that she is. What would she be doing if she wasnt the object of our affection? (like a job...) I have a million and a half more, so I can continue some other time or I can see what everyone thinks while I am (maybe) ahead.... sure it all matters but in an unimportant way, M'Aimee =-=\=-=/=-=\=-=/=-=\=-=/=-=\=-=/=-=\=-=/=-=\=-=/=-=\=-=/=-= http://www.teleport.com/~zena/ ...Sweet's the air with curling smoke from all my burning bridges... ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 04 Dec 1996 14:54:43 -0600 From: Sparkie Subject: Questions for the goddess Jarrod, As strange as this is at times till then, the singl equestion simply would be that: Why does she not ahve her ears pierced, yeah I know it's strange. But it just struck me as odd as I was sifting thru that and this and noticed that throughout there was no earring or pierce thru the lobe. Here's My Synopsis: Jezebel was a king's wife. The king wanted someone's vineyard, but the owner wouldn't give it to him, so he went home depressed. Jezebel told him to get over it, and she arranged to have the owner killed. The owner was stoned by the people, and the king got the vineyard. But God said both of them would die. Later Jezebel was kicked to death, and when they went to bury her, all that was left were her hands and feet. Sorry, I was bored! ::> ***** from http://www.atlantic-records.com/news_events/#POE A "HELLO" KISS FROM POE A great big thank you to faithful visitors this web site, for your fantastic support and help in spreading the word about Poe. Poe's debut album, "HELLO," has just been officially certified gold for U.S. sales in excess of 500,000! A repeat performer in Atlantic's Digital Arena, Poe is one of the "most cybercast" artists out there right now, having become a regular at cyber cafes across the country -- and, of course, in the Atlantic chat room where many of you have engaged in always-interesting banter with our digital diva! Poe and company originally hit the road back in February, opening tours for Lenny Kravitz and Seven Mary Three, and have scarcely had a week off since. Poe recently completed her first-ever headlining national tour (with support from the Eels and Mammoth/Atlantic's Pure). ***** Hey Jarrod, tell Poe congratulations for us! ::) - --Michele Michele Santiago, VR5SBloom@aol.com http://members.aol.com/VR5SBloom/psychovixen.html ***** Let's see: "Novocaine For The Soul" - eels, and "TNT For The Brain" - Enigma Now I need a song called "Chocolate For The Stomach" and I'm set. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 4 Dec 1996 21:09:56 -0500 From: choklit Subject: Re: Jezebel in hell/_Hello_ goes gold VR5SBLOOM/michele wrote: >A great big thank you to faithful visitors this web site, for your fantastic >support and help in spreading the word about Poe. Poe's debut album, "HELLO," >has just been officially certified gold for U.S. sales in excess of 500,000! wow. i would have thought it would be platinum at least by now... i remember being shocked when a certain other new release (namely, marilyn manson's antichrist superstar, not that many ppl on this list prolly like them...) went gold... and poe seems to be really popular. maybe it's just ppl following along with the Angry Johnny buzz and not actually buying Hello... BTW, i saw a guy at a poe show with a POE VIP/roadie type thing laminated pass... it was really cool! had a small pic of a promo poster with her in these really cool high boots sitting on some steps near fire, if i'm not mistaken... anyway... just thought i'd comment on it. choklit @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- @--- | "We are all candy, colored on the outside @ @ Peel away the shell, we're rotting from the inside" | - ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ---@ ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 4 Dec 1996 22:03:30 -0600 (CST) From: Nick Cusumano Subject: ***POE IN SPIN MAGAZINE*** Hello everyone...The divine one is pictured in the latest issue of SPIN magazine (JAN./with Beck on the cover). It's an awesome pic! Also, in the same issue is the BMG ad (I assume it's the one that a fellow angry-psycho already posted about), that features another great picture of POE. Also, I have a question for anyone out there who has been fortunate to meet POE before or after one of her shows. I am going to be seeing her in concert this Saturday and, naturally, I want to meet her. Do you recommend going to the concert venue earlier in the day or a couple of hours before the show. Or do you recommend that I hang around outside near her tour bus afterwards? PLEASE, if any ANGRY-PSYCHOS have any suggestions, send me a personal e-mail. I will be eternally grateful! Thanks!
