In such a corrupt company culture, Harpreet's honesty only brings him demotion and humiliation. After making concessions to a client for the company, Harpreet realizes that sales success depends on the customer; so if the customer is satisfied, bribery will not be necessary to secure these contracts. No one agrees with him but Harpreet remains firm on his belief and forms his own company, Rocket Sales Corporation, from within AYS. Rocket Sales is being managed by the AYS offices where the Rocket partners were still employed. Unlike AYS, Rocket Sales Corporation's overall strategic goal is customer service and customer satisfaction as opposed to just selling the product through bribes and providing zero customer service. Other disgruntled employees of AYS find their way to Rocket Sales b a place where even the guy who serves tea is an equal partner because he brings talent to the table. The five-member company targets previous clients of AYS, who were irritated with AYS's attitude and soon enjoys a strong client reputation. The company soon becomes successful because of its dedication to excellent customer service. Although it does not make much profit. Rocket Sales Corp is able to make a huge difference. AYS's sales start decreasing as many of the clients cancel their orders and place orders at Rocket Sales, which offers them better services. Harpreet starts a relationship with Sherena, his first client, whose fashion business had failed. The MD of AYS, Sunil Puri, becomes angered by the small company's success. Puri moves quickly to attempt to contact the MD of Rocket Sales Corporation and in a phone conversation attempts to entice him to sell Rocket Sales Corporation to AYS (he does not know it is Harpreet). Harpreet not only rejects Puri's offer but says that his company will buy AYS Computers. Afraid of Puri's attempts, Harpreet's partners have a discussion and move their headquarters to Sherena's house, making her a partner in the process. After multiple failed attempts in locating the Rocket Sales Corporation office, Puri decides to call the number on Rocket Sales Corporation's brochures and the phone at the AYS reception desk begins to ring. After thoroughly insulting him and firing both him and his partners, the MD has Harpreet sign a contract handing over Rocket Sales to him for a final compensation of Re. 1. However, AYS is unable to maintain Rocket Sales' commitment to customer satisfaction because of its cold and greedy personnel. He also tells him never to become a businessman again, because he will fail again. Karan and Arjun want to kill Akhil, because they figure that the dog will die in a couple of years anyway, and thus while Akhil is attempting to kill Entertainment, they do the same to Akhil by drowning him under a thinly iced lake. Karan and Arjun hit the ground at the same time as Akhil causing him to nearly fall in, but Entertainment saves the former, and falls into the lake instead. After a lot of efforts, Akhil fails to save Entertainment but suddenly he comes out of the water and they develop feelings for each other. Akhil realizes his mistake and learns that Entertainment is a good hearted dog so he becomes his friend and leaves the mansion. Karan and Arjun, citing their legal connections very well, inappropriately acquire the property from Entertainment. Akhil learns this news and returns. He vows that he'll get the property back for Entertainment. Akhil's strategy is to divide the two brothers and conquer. He manages to get a job as a servant at the mansion, now owned by Karan and Arjun. Akhil attempts to split the two brothers, first by introducing Saakshi who seduces the two brothers separately. However, the scheme fails as background music reunites the two brothers. Akhil again attempts trying to split the two brothers, this time by introducing a false impression of a ghost of Entertainment the dog. The two brothers quarrel and accuse each other of illegally disguising as Entertainment and having tricked the other. Akhil's friends tape this conversation in a CD slyly, however, the CD drops accidentally and Karan and Arjun realize that all this was planned by Akhil. Entertainment runs with the CD. Karan, Arjun and their gang chase the dog, Akhil, and his friends. Akhil manages to beat them all. Later, Karan shoots Akhil, but Entertainment takes the bullet by jumping in front of Akhil. Akhil gets angry and beats up Karan black and blue. Entertainment is taken to the hospital but is unable to come back to life. Meanwhile, Aakruti learns about the drug racket in the club and goes there one night with Chotu, a mute boy who's her student. She videotapes by cell phone to show evidence to the police, but is caught by Sada and Giri. Chotu discreetly records Sada and Giri assaulting Aakruti and flees once both of them realise. Aakruti is brutally raped and murdered by Sada and Giri. Chotu tries to tell Akruti's friend Kavya (Neha Mahajan) about Akruti being in danger. Kavya whilst being chased by Durva's goons, goes to Simmba to file Aakruti's missing complaint. Aakruti is found injured in hospital. Simmba tries to talk to her, but she dies, leaving him devastated. An atheist, he regularly visits the church to donate money to orphans. At the church, he comes into contact with Priya (Jacqueline Fernandez), a model. Arjun seems to kiss her initially without her consent, but she later gives in and both of them end up at her home. There they end up stripping each other and passionately smooching. Priya eventually opens her bra and tries to tease Arjun. Arjun ends up opening her shorts and devours her with animal-like hunger, and sex is implied (offscreen) both of them eventually end up climaxing and Priya reveals to harbor romantic feelings for Arjun. Sameer decides to send Reshma (Sulagna Panigrahi), a college newcomer in the business, who has chosen this work to feed her family, but keeps this a secret from them. Reshma is sent to Dheeraj Pandey's house (Prashant Narayanan), who is actually a psychopathic murderer responsible for torturing and killing the missing hookers. He decides to do the same with Reshma and throws her in a dark well, with the intention of torturing her till she dies. Arjun discovers that Dheeraj is the murderer and informs the police. While Dheeraj is held in jail, the commissioner calls a psychiatrist to extract his confession. Dheeraj tells the doctor that he kills women because he thinks they take advantage of men. He also reveals that he castrated himself and became a eunuch to get rid of his sex addiction, with the help of a fellow eunuch and a big-shot politician, Nirmala Pandit. Dheeraj is eventually released under Nirmala Pandit's influence. Meanwhile, Reshma escapes from the well and tries to find her way out through the forest. Arjun meets Dheeraj's family, and they reveal that Dheeraj used to beat his wife. Up next, he meets a private dancer, Sonia, who was also tortured by Dheeraj but managed to escape. Arjun then meets an idol-maker who used to work with Dheeraj. The maker tells him that Dheeraj used to make idols of devils instead of deities and killed the factory-owner who tried to stop him. Inspector Sadaa (Sudhanshu Pandey) informs Arjun that Dheeraj is free, and the police try to track him down as quickly as possible. Nirmala and Dheeraj enter the same temple where Reshma is hiding. Nirmala and the priest, who had both been unaware of Dheeraj's true nature, are killed by Dheeraj, but not before the priest reveals that Reshma is also there. Dheeraj finds the terrified Reshma and brutally murders her, escaping just before Arjun and the cops arrive. Arjun finds Reshma's body and breaks down, feeling guilty and responsible for her death. Dheeraj targets Priya next whom he calls for a photoshoot and tries to torture, but Arjun saves her, engaging Dheeraj in a fight as police officers show up. They request Arjun not to kill Dheeraj. Dheeraj then plays the tape he recorded when he was torturing Reshma. Hearing Reshma's pleading cries, Arjun, tormented by her death and blaming himself for it, furiously kills Dheeraj, ending his reign of terror once and for all. She warns Guru that she did not testify because one day, God will make him pay for his crimes and he will also lose a loved one. Guru meets Aisha, an optimistic girl dying from a terminal illness. She seeks his help to save "Chhotu" an old age man from a mental asylum. Guru saves him for Aisha and takes part in Chhotu's wedding with Sheela, in accordance with both Christian and Hindu customs and rituals. Aisha's diary, which depicts her wishes, falls in the Mandap and Guru picks it up. His friend interprets the wishes, written in English, but the last wish, "to save a life", leaves Guru enraged. Later, as he finds her clicking a photograph of Chhotu's deceased wife's funeral, he confronts her angrily, questioning her views on life and death and accusing her of projecting a positive image in front of everyone, but with a smile full of pain, she reveals to Guru that the wishes in the diary are her last wishes, as she is suffering from a terminal illness. He decides to help her complete her bucket list before she dies. They fall in love and get married. Guru leaves behind his old life and gets a job while Aisha receives treatment in Mumbai and recovers. She discovers she is pregnant and decides to tell Guru in person as he is returning from his interview, but is murdered before she can. In a parallel story, Rakesh Mahadkar is an unsuccessful and henpecked man who is constantly ridiculed by his wife Sulochana for his shortcomings, though he still loves her. He vents out his frustration by murdering other women who speak rudely to him like his wife or have some complaint about him, and Aisha turns out to be one of them. In the present day, Guru finally hunts down Rakesh and brutally beats him, then admits him to a hospital and pays for the expenses, intending to return and keep beating him. At the hospital, Guru learns that Aisha was pregnant, which breaks him even more. While assaulting a nurse, Rakesh is again intercepted by Guru, who kills him, then revives him with an intracardiac injection and sets him free. Meanwhile, the police find out about Rakesh and takes his wife for questioning about Rakesh as they doubt on him being the one who is responsible for all those recent murders of women in Mumbai. Rakesh realizes that Guru is Aisha's husband and is taking revenge. Rakesh taunts Guru over the phone before killing Aisha's father. He expects Guru to kill him so that he'll become a "hero" in the eyes of his wife and everyone else while Guru will be tarnished. However, Caesar calls Guru and says that he has killed Rakesh's wife but left his little son for Guru to kill. Enraged, Rakesh fights Guru but is run over by a car and dies before he can kill him.
