She noted that the people around her were open-minded but she had occasional rude comments on her videos and that some people found it strange, though this did not deter her. She initially shared pictures and videos of vegan recipes, and one of her first Instagram Reels, which was a recipe of cauliflower Alfredo sauce, went viral with 1 million views. She is known for publishing vlogs and recipes around plant-based eating. By October 2020, she felt frustrated as she was not making progress despite working a lot to improve her videos, but this changed when she began posting reels instead, shortly after Instagram introduced them. Her followers went from 70,000 to 200,000 within two months. She initially did not speak or show herself in her videos, but began doing so when she switched to reels. Leinenbach continued studying at school whilst posting her videos, and she was sometimes recognised by people in the school; some of her teachers also knew that she posted videos. Regarding her work routine, she explained in a 2022 interview that she filmed her videos on Saturdays, edited them on Sundays for four or five hours and wrote the captions and recipes after school on weekdays, in addition to answering messages during breaks. She added that she tested her recipes by cooking them for her family, who gave her feedback. They dive from the surface, though many species make a characteristic half-jump as they dive, presumably to give themselves a more streamlined entry into the water. Under water they propel themselves with their feet, though some also propel themselves with their wings (see the picture, commentary, and existing reference video). Imperial shags fitted with miniaturized video recorders have been filmed diving to depths of as much as 80 metres (260 ft) to forage on the sea floor. Wing-drying behaviour in a little cormorant After fishing, cormorants go ashore, and are frequently seen holding their wings out in the sun. All cormorants have preen gland secretions that are used ostensibly to keep the feathers waterproof. Some sources state that cormorants have waterproof feathers while others say that they have water-permeable feathers. Still others suggest that the outer plumage absorbs water but does not permit it to penetrate the layer of air next to the skin. The wing drying action is seen even in the flightless cormorant but not in the Antarctic shags or red-legged cormorants. Alternate functions suggested for the spread-wing posture include that it aids thermoregulation or digestion, balances the bird, or indicates presence of fish. A detailed study of the great cormorant concluded there is little doubt that it serves to dry the plumage. The geography of these islands is characterized by tundra, with some trees on the Snares Islands and the Auckland Islands. These islands are all located near the Antarctic Convergence (with the Kerguelen Islands south of the Convergence) and are properly considered to be subantarctic islands. Unlike other subantarctic islands, these islands have trees, temperate grasslands (mostly tussac grass), and even arable land. They also lack tundra and permanent snow and ice at their lowest elevations. Despite their more southerly location, it is debatable whether these islands should be considered as such because their climate and geography differs significantly from other subantarctic islands. On April 24, 1800, the Library of Congress was established when John Adams, the nation's second president, signed an act of Congress, which appropriated $5,000 "for the purchase of such books as may be necessary for the use of Congress...and for fitting up a suitable apartment for containing them." Books were ordered from London, forming a collection of 740 books and three maps housed in the new United States Capitol. Adams' successor as U.S. president, Thomas Jefferson, also played a crucial role in shaping development of the Library of Congress. On January 26, 1802, Jefferson signed a bill allowing the president to appoint the librarian of Congress and establishing a Joint Committee on the Library to oversee it. The law also extended borrowing privileges to the president and vice president. In August 1814, British forces occupied Washington and, in retaliation for American acts of destruction in Canada, burned several federal government buildings. Among the buildings burnt was the Library of Congress, which saw over 3,000 of its volumes destroyed. Currently, two leagues operate at the Triple-A level, the International League (IL) and the Pacific Coast League (PCL). There are 30 teams, one per Major League Baseball (MLB) franchise, with 20 in the IL and 10 in the PCL. Reasons for the relocation of these teams were solely because of costs and attendance. Many of the burials at Buhais include grave goods such as flint tools, shell and coral jewellery as well as beads of chert, agate and limestone, all of which are found locally, as well as carnelian. The site of Akab Island provides unique insights into what are thought to have been early ritualistic practises, with a unique dugong bone mound discovered there, which not only has no direct parallel in the region but also stands as a rare (possibly unique) find dated to the 'Dark Millennium'. The mound consists of structurally aligned dugong bones, representing over 80 dugongs, littered with jewellery and other artefacts and has been dated to between 3,500-3,200 BCE. Although there is no direct parallel to the dugong mound, Neolithic burials with turtle remains have been noted in Oman at Ras Al Hamra (dated to 3,700-3,300 BCE). Structured dugong bone mounds have been found in totemic sites in Australia on the coast of the Torres Strait: these, however, date to between the 14th and 20th Centuries. The wider site at Akab shows occupation throughout the fifth millennium, from 4,750-3,814 BCE, while signs of occupation in the fourth millennium, apart from the bone mound, are scant. Evidence of occupation patterns at Akab point to seasonality and also the possibility of fish processing (salting or smoking).
