I happend to have that on while rewinding Winnie the Pooh for Maria, and I looked and though "Oh, Royal Canadian Air Farce. If I weren't busy now and Mari weren't using the television I'd watch that." Just as "Mike from Canmore" came on I hit play on the tape player and went up stairs. D'OH!!!!!! A.J. All - It's been awhile, but I think it's time to start trading again. I've got a new computer and a new burner, and I'm itching for some "new" fruvous[1]. I am currently looking for the following shows: 4/22/2000; Pearl Street, Northampton, MA 6/6, 6/7, 6/8/2000; House of Blues, Cambridge, MA 7/25, 7/26/2000; The Bottom Line, NYC, NY Those are the ones I'm itching to get, but I'll gladly trade for any show I don't have. Speaking of which, you can find my list at my new (and improved?[2]) website here: http://homepage.mac.com/pisco/ And, one last thing: Newbies welcome! All for now, - --Josh. pisco [at] fruhead [dot] com [1] by new, I mean, of course, old. [2] depends on your definition of "improved". ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 10 Dec 2000 10:48:36 -0500 From: Brent McNamee Subject: Re: Dave on Royal Canadian Air Farce On Sun, 10 Dec 2000 02:50:10 GMT, Marie-Claude Danis wrote: >Brent McNamee wrote: > >> Hi all! >> >> I tape the Royal Canadian Air Farce every week (Fridays at 8:00pm >> eastern time), and who showed up last night??? You mean the guys who pump up the live audience during taping? When did he join? Until I moved to Woodstock I used to go to CBC all the time to watch tapings of the show, and it's always been a guy with a tuba and a guy with an accordion. Not bad, but they play the same songs every taping (like their rousing rendition of "Phantom of the Opera"}. They've been on the show a couple of times, too, over the years... Do you mean a different band of some kind? Anyway, New Year's Eve at 9:00pm the RCAF has their year-end special, including the Chicken Cannon Top Ten of 2000! More info on the show can be found at http://www.airfarce.com - starting Tuesday, you'll even be able to download the sketch with Dave! It'll be right at the end of the show. ----------[ Brent McNamee - Woodstock, Ontario, CANADA ]------------ bmcnamee NO-SPAM @yahoo.com | The answer to the Great (remove the NO-SPAM to mail me) | Question of Life, the Universe | and Everything: 42 ------------------------------ Date: 10 Dec 2000 16:49:13 GMT From: piscopinto@aol.com (PISCOPINTO) Subject: Re: ATTENTION ALL FRUCON3 ATTENDEES >At any rate... the actual announce is forthcoming, but I do apologize for= > the >inconvenience. > >Angie Armstrong > >I hate Windows.
