What's really sad is that I'm sitting here looking through the cards they gave me and actually naming them in a conversation. I didn't think so.) I always heard "Just brush my teeth before you leave me, darlin'." I think it's actually "brush my cheek," but whatever. Now, that's deep. I know there have been threads and threads about Fruvous misheard lyrics, but most of them come from "Michigan Militia." *duck* - --Amanda, has spent many an afternoon giggling at kissthisguy.com Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy. ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 30 Jul 2000 01:14:56 EDT From: SugarFly26@aol.com Subject: Re: Misheard lyrics (Was Re: What Phrase) I'd have to say the one lyric that the most people I have ever met have heard wrong is in Barbara Ann. Can you guess it? Yup. Went to a dance, looking for a man. There are websites out there with lists and lists of misheard lyrics and what the real lyric is. It's pretty amusing. - -----------> Ln ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 29 Jul 2000 23:29:07 -0700 (PDT) From: Cameron Ross Subject: OT: Pokemon is Good (WAS: Re: What Phrase) - --- SugarFly26@aol.com wrote: > I think Evee and Bell Sprout are kinda cute. You think that's odd? remember here that I am doing this off the top of my head :), Evee is great, and Snorlax has his own brand of cuteness too him, and everyone gots to love Jigglypuff! You've never seen entertainment until you've seen a purple blob named jigglypuff singing a song that goes Jiggally-Puff, jigg-aly puff jiggaly! I just have one last point before I drop this subject completely. It is groups like the Backstreet Boys that keep great musicians like our beloved Moxy Fruvous off the air. Fruvous doesn't have the big time producers to pay for airtime on the radio. I don't know about you guys, but I'd LOVE to see Fruvous make the big time. They are good enough to do so. But they will never make it as long as Brittany, N'Sync, Backstreet Boys or any future heavily produced and manufactured groups are making the big bucks. People don't know about Fruvous. If they did, I have a sneaky feeling that they would like them at least as much as they like those media-driven groups.
