First of all, I know these are both folks that are highly rated around these parts but I'm unfamiliar with them - could you tell me what sort of stuff they play? Also, does anyone know what is going on that day that has them playing the park? And then on the next track on YWGTTM, Fruvous/Sloan fans will recognise the first few bars of "Get in the Car" as being almost identical to Sloan's "Penpals". And then the next song sounds like a Bee Gees song or something. Oh, wait... This item isn't special - it's something that nearly everyone can get their hands on. Just to put autographs in perspective: On a recent "Rock 'n' Roll Collectors" on VH1, a woman brought a personal check that had Bruce Springsteen's autograph scrawled across it. The appraised set the value at $25 maximum noting the fact that it had the woman's name on it and the fact that Bruce is known to be approachable and therefore his autograph is pretty common. How many of us have Früvous autographs? /me raises her hand. I know a lot of us do. If Bruce Springsteen's autograph isn't worth much monetarily based on objective factors, Früvous' isn't either. - --Kate - -- Kate Leahy kleahy@loyola.edu katiewow@fruhead.com "And in all the idiots I see Thoughtless men casting doubts on me . . .
