I grew up in Southerm Ontario, and I didn't enjoy skiing until I moved out West. Cold, windy, and icy in general. It was often more pleasant to go to Quebec or upstate NY. If you really want to punish yourself, there is a ski hill in Toronto near the airport, but it is an artificial hill made of landfill. I figured hey, that was pretty much par for the course, if I'd been thinking about the lads, and you make the assumption that you dream about things that are close to your subconscious. AND THEN... I had surgery on Friday to repair my busted right knee. On the whole, this was a good thing; I needed to get it fixed, right? Anyhow, yes, I'm still alive, and no, it didn't go particularly well (insert bitter gripe about anesthesiologist screwing up here). ANYhow, I'm feeling much better the last couple of days. The point of all this, though, is that Fruvous, in some form or another, has been in dreams I've had *every* night since surgery. WEIRD! Maybe it's the painkillers, who knows?
