It was a CBC sponsored Lightfoot tribute album but it was never released, reportedly because Lightfoot nixed the project. Speaking as a Lightfoot fan, my feeling is that it's a real shame. I always enjoy hearing other artists interpret his songs. I have heard the Moxy Fruvous version thanks to a live recording I discovered posted somewhere. They do a wonderful job. His sister, who's old enough to know better, thought it was hilariously funny, and joined him, and they both shrieked this interminably one day at the end of a long drive heading out west from Pa. It became the mantra/leit motif of our entire month long trip, and threatens to rear up at odd times, even months later. He also loves to play a game we invented called "Son of the King of Spain" where he tries to convince me (the unspeakable...) that making pizza is really a great job for his dad, he really doesn't miss all the servents and palaces back in spain, his dad really promised him that one day soon, he could drive the zamboni and, 'cause he really is a sweet kid, he says that I really am "speakable".
