What Pizza Pizza have you been to? (or were you talking about Little Caesars?). I have never seen pepperoni under the cheese at Pizza Pizza, and have been eating from there most of my lifetime (Friday night = Pizza night in my household). Occassionally 2-4-1 does that though - they seem to put all their toppings under the pizza. Although I don't understand why that is gross to you - it's all the same anyways. Maybe annoying, if you want to pick off a topping (like green peppers!), but not really gross. I sort of smiled to myself, mumbled, "Hey, they're playing the Beatles," and rolled over. About a minute later I suddenly came to, realized what the song was, and cracked myself up: it was Half as Much!
