Maybe that means that those ones without chatter have the potential to be singles, whereas the ones with chatter have already been ruled out as singles. Also, the chatter on "Hate Letter" could signify that he is already thinking about other things instead of her. Or, it could mean that he hardly thinks singing this song is worth it. Or maybe, that he's already moved on. Or that she's an afterthought. Or, the lyrics chosen could mean something. Or, maybe I'm overanalyzing this. I think it's the last one. ;) martia ^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^ "'Is there something you like?' 'Barney.' 'Is there something you despise?' 'Barney'...'Is something you reject?' Every time I think I have gotten away from that song, it comes back to haunt me. People are singing it, typing it, and the commercial is always on. Some might say this shows that the advertising is working. I find that not true 'cause most people find the song annoying, and that in turn makes them shy away from those vests. Yes, I know that it's a song sung originally by Madonna, but it will forever remain "the GAP song" to me. The commercial seems to be more of an "annoying GAP commercial song" than for vests. maria the person who talks about commercials too much ^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^v^ "'Is there something you like?' When we were listening to Thornhill and "Splatter Splatter" came on, the first thing she said was that it reminded her of "Video Bargainville." Out of the mouths of 8-year-olds ... I kinda see it as a combo of that and, believe it or not, "Michigan Militia."
