(which puts it in the vicinity of Record Archive), which in turn pertains to the upcoming Früvous show, which in turn makes this post on-topic! 1 Week! Anyways, the location is a renovated automobile dealership in art-deco style, formerly occupied by Hallman Chevrolet. The building has a 45 foot high ceiling, immense chandeliers, and a large working fireplace. The new location in Buffalo will convert the former Village Green Bookstore into a Spot Coffee, and New World Record store. Flour Power, (a bakery that a Buffalo Frufan works at) already is open in that building. Yay local business! ------------------------------ Date: 04 Aug 1999 03:08:23 GMT From: jenncyn@aol.com (JennCyn) Subject: Re: What if BNL had written the Ballad of Marion Fruvous? >>really?? Don't worry, I will never understand that reaction either. I was watching All Access on MTV and they were showing the Backstreet Boys singing to a studio full of teen girls. They were screaming and crying the entire time. It got a little annoying. I am proud to say that I never acted that way towards New Kids on the Block. Nor do I act that way around Fruvous...I just hold it all in and let out a deep, deep sigh the moment I see them. :-) Amy They took off their shoes and bared their SOULS. ~Moxy Fruvous, "Fly" ------------------------------ Date: 04 Aug 1999 03:38:19 GMT From: gordonlew@aol.com (GordonLew) Subject: Re: Thornhill Review >How come no one's suggested "Killer Tents" yet? > > I suggested "Killer Tents" in the first post of this thread. Yay Ellen! I would be doing the same thing if I were at school right now, instead of in radio wasteland, with "adult contemporary" whining where RNR should be. BTW, I've never understood why so many people got upset when this morning guy took over (a year ago or so?) from the old one. Jay Peterson is the one who always seems to play my favorite bands just when I need something to wake me up. The only time I've heard Fruvous on RNR was when he played MBLABOA.
