I think we also have to keep in mind that just because certain songs didn't make their way onto this CD doesn't mean they no longer exist in the Früvous repertoire, or never will be recorded. As others have pointed out, if a b can be recorded, so can a c. For example, Spike, the best Elvis Costello Album ever no matter what any other misguided fool will tell you, is a great concept album. It makes for a deeper enjoyment to me because you don't just listen and enjoy song for song, you listen and enjoy the album as a whole and think of a song not just on its own, but together with the rest of the album it lives with.
