First of all, this is Not An Email List! Although many of us do get posts emailed to us. Some of us get emailed digests (multiple posts, neatly packaged in one email, quite convenient except they're usually utterly out of order). Some of us go to the board via dejanews or some other newsreader. And some of us (guess who :) ) have been known to do All Of The Above. The problem I have with deja is it puts up posts incredibly slowly -- sometimes not even the same day.
