For those of you who have been waiting to see the story of my roadtrip up to FruCon2 on my webpage, it's going to be very delayed. That is if it ever happens. You see, I had to leave the concert Saturday early do to unforseen circumstances. Then Sunday The Cat was broken into while parked in downtown Toronto. They smashed a window, ransacked the car, took the CB radio and portable CD player(which had Live Noise in it), then took my *freakin* backpack to carry their ill got gains. Then Monday my g/f went in the hospital. And when I was finally coming home on Friday I had a fender-bender in a parking lot in Mass. It's been a bad week. My notes for the trip, and the first two rolls of film where in the backpack. I haven't started sorting through the disaster that was my back seat yet, sot there is a *slim* possiblity that they dumped it out first. Regardless, even if I do find them I'm to busy trying tro deal with the damage to The Cat and too broke to develop four rolls of film , not to mention write the whole story out. "Thanks Valerie. My g/f is out of the hospital, but not out of the woods yet, though she is much better. I finally got around to cleaning out The Cat and taking a tally of my losses. The total stolen was a CB radio, CD player, all my CDs (inc all my Ani Difranco, Moxy, Arlo Guthrie, Great Big Sea, and others), my notes from the trip (which had my autographed picture of Ani Difranco with it), backpack (which had a lot of stuff with no cash value but a lot of personal value). *sigh* Oh well. Got to move on and pick up the pieces. The thing of it was I would have gladly *given* them the CB and CD player to avoid losing the other stuff. The electronics where what mattered *least* to me. That backpack was important to me, and some of those CDs where irreplaceable, nor can I afford to replace the others (have you any idea how expensive it is to but *every* Ani CD and *every* Moxy CD?).
