(Hoping not to start a whole thread on this topic) As I understand it, the over 19 thing is an issue of Ontario law and the practical consideration that Lee's apparently is one of the only appropriate venues. It seems to me that Fruvous and its management are sensitive to the fact that they have many fans who are not 19 or older (or 21 and older in the US), which is why they do arrange some "all ages" shows (like the upcoming one in Buffalo) when they can. The FruCon itself, however, won't be age restricted. But it's not a Moxy Fruvous performance, either. And at the risk of really showing my age, I'm really not sure FruCon is worth missing a week of school for. Yes, it'll be a lot of fun but a week is a lot of homework to catch up on. Cheers.
