When i first heard about this double bill i thought how cool that the friends would be playing together. I thought there would be a lot more cross border jamming going on. So for those of you who were there was there any cross border jamming going on? jude (who just wants to say how great it is to live in New Jersey where you can go into CD World and for $13 or less you can walk out with Baka Beyond, New Mongrels, Sweet Honey in the Rock, Squirrel Nut Zippers "The Inevitable" 1995 release, and The Nields right in you grubby little hands. No waiting for them to come in on order) p.s. according to the CD release section of the of the local freebie music paper "Wood" and "B" are to be released on Oct. 13. ------------------------------ Date: 9 Oct 1998 05:23:57 GMT From: jimcclur@ews.uiuc.edu (Jordan I. I drove up to Urbana from Indianapolis and had a great time, it was my first Moxy show and I was very impressed. I can't wait to see them again next Friday in Bloomington. I guess that they are a little more popular in Urbana than in Bloomington (I was impressed with the turnout)----since the Ur ticket was $10 compared to Bloom's $5.00 ticket price?? ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 09 Oct 1998 11:21:50 GMT From: vika@ibm.net (Vika Zafrin) Subject: Re: One song for NoHo? zardsnod@aol.com (ZardSnod) delighted us with: >Actually, I don't think the IH itself has a piano (I *really* hope I'm wrong) - I believe it does. On their web site, they list the Baltimore show as November 9, NOT November 11 (which is when they say they'll be in Delaware). Since I want to go to the Baltimore show, I thought I'd double check. Thanks.
