LoCicero" Subject: Fruvous on the radio in DETROIT. Well, here's a new one. I just got a call from a friend who said that she just heard PTT being played on WDET, public radio in Detroit. She said that they had a substitute dj today. Well whoever you are thank you! Hopefully this will be the beginning of a trend. Keeping fingers crossed! I hoping to make this show - never heard their music, but if you guys rave about thme this much, they're worth checking out, i guess. Just wondering if I'll be able to finally meet some of you friendly folk there. Let me know. ok, enough babble for now. fru on.... Amy "It's not forbidden to be what you are. Hmph. Guess I just don't learn. > > May I ask what a sharpie is? Sharpies are really slick keen pens that are permanent and give you a good amount of control over your writing even though they are semi-thick. But the word Sharpie has kinda degenerated into a Kleenex style word where any felt tip pen that kinda looks like a Sharpie is called a Sharpie. They are really good for writing on T-Shirts and the guys usually each have one after the show to sign various trinkets, articles of clothing, pieces of the fannage's anatomy, etc... - Chad ------------------------------ Date: 18 Sep 1998 19:02:08 GMT From: llesi@aol.com (Llesi) Subject: Re: The Rhyming Frulad > And how about his other verse: something about getting Clinton out of the >>> > pressure cooker and keeping our eyes on Chelsea, "I think she's a >lesbian >>> > hooker!" >>> > >I know I've heard it as well....I think the show at the Birchmere or Ram's >Head... Actually the song "Get Up and Go" does not appear on the LP (released in 1978) but appears on the CD (released in 1990.) The listing on the LP is: Side 1 Hold My Hand Number One With a Girl Like You I Must Be In Love Ouch!
