Fruvous plays at 8:15pm (main stage) today and there's a jam session at the Luxor with them and a few more people scheduled for 10pm. It's free for holders of weekend passes. On Saturday, Fruvous will play a family-oriented set on the main stage at 2:30pm (I think). They also have a workshop called "Rock n' Roll" sometime during the day. Day passes are 15$ and the weekend passes are 30$. Those who are coming but that hKath and I haven't met yet, feel free (read: obligated) to introduce yourself. I'll be the one with the red hair, green dress, and a stuffed budgiedog on my backpack. Hope to see you there! We were sitting with Dave after the Pointe-Claire show and he told us they didn't play Gulf War Song (a song they usually do around Montréal) because this woman said she'd never heard Drinking Song. Aargh!! *I'VE* never heard Gulf War Song -- gimme a break! Go to *ANY* other show and you'll hear Drinking Song! I *deserved* Gulf War Song, dammit!........ Okay. Being from Ottawa, I can tell you that Fruvous is always either in Rochester, Boston, or somewhere in Virginia (actually, that's not true.
