Coming from America, I was quite surprised to see such a band lie Moxy Fruvous, as they were exceptionally happy, and got the crowd wound up! While with setrain at the cool little amusement park in Montreal, we had the opportunity to watch a `diving`demonstration. But before the divers came out, the host came out and got the entire crowd up and crazy. Dancing, smiling, laughing, standing, swaying, chanting, and being all in all happy and `family like`was the atmosphere. I must say, it reminded me of Moxy. You see, in american amusement parks, i have never experienced such a joyous crowd of strangers who were overly excited. Most americans seem not to like to ban together with other strangers and `let loose` at public places. It makes me wonder why Moxy is so special in america...because they bring american audiences together for a brief moment and let the american audiences experience something new-the ability to `let loose`and actually show that they are having a good time. Just my two cents. :) - -drx - --- DrX@netlabs.net http://www.netlabs.net/hp/drx/ "I'll introduce realism: the eye of the beholder" -rozz - --- ------------------------------ Date: 26 Jul 1998 16:35:29 GMT From: sunybooter@aol.com (SUNYbooter) Subject: Re: Harborfest Opinions >Well, I'm back from the Harborfest show last night.
