I did that with Morphee. I'm not interested in tackling Nuits de Reves. I'm not a masochist... Cheers! As much as I hate "Me too" posts, I too am looking for Fruvous bootlegs, specifically from any Pittsburgh or Boston shows. I've been waiting until I completed my CD collection with the Live Noise album, which somebody just bought me as a gift. Like Bruce, I have nothing to trade, but I'm more than willing to pay postage + tape cost. - - ben ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 01 Jul 1998 19:28:37 GMT From: cricket5@hotmail.com Subject: Re: Nu Fruhead In article <1998070116160300.MAA16095@ladder01.news.aol.com>, dmandeluxe@aol.com (Dmandeluxe) wrote: > > << Mary, whose younger brother told the "Inside Edition" intereviewer at our > house today that he "listens to a lot of Moxy Fruvous in his spare time" just > to amuse me. Actually, he was run over by an escaping felon while working as a volunteer firefighter at a vehicle rescue about 2 weeks ago. The guy broke through police lines and deliberately ran him down (he'd tried to run down 2 police officers earlier in the day). He was arrested at the scene and my brother was airlifted to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital. My brother has a broken leg, a bunch of broken ribs, and a broken vertebrae. He'll be on crutches for 5-6 months. The preliminary hearing is tomorrow morning. It was all captured on video, so it's gotten a lot of local and national attention. You can catch it on Extra tonight, actually. He did indeed, and I personally don't think his decision was foolish. I heard an interview with him on the All A Cappella show on WERS (88.9FM here in Boston) that was taken shortly before he left Rockapella, and he actually sounded pretty happy about having a chance to do his own thing. As far as I understand, he still does stuff with the band, which is a good thing - they apparently don't have any hard feelings. Then again, what do I know? I also, a couple of months ago, saw Sean in a solo concert, and it _rocked_! He is an amazing performer, a lot of fun to watch, charms the audience. I'd love to see him and Jian do something live... here's to wishful thinking! >well, back to >lurking... Nonono, silly. You already delurked, we know you're here, post!
