Which is when i decided that this is why we all think Jian is such a cutie (and we all think so... right?). I think Jian, being the fine artist that he is, really goes out on a limb and expresses himself to the fullest in each of his songs. Obviously, when you open yourself up to that extent you become, in a sense, vulnerable. When we see him playing these songs live it's very apparent that these are what's closest to him (or else he's just reeeeally playin' the part well and playing us all)... the music becomes a form of expression on an entirely new level when you can see it live. That all having been said, i think Jian is amazing. :) (i also think that the "u" should not be so close to the "i" on my keyboard as my intent in this letter was not to talk about "juan's" amazing capabilities) > I don't think I noticed >any >major body language with the other guys. Heffron" Subject: Tragically Hip? Hi All, I have just purchased my first Tragically Hip album, "Day for Night." I have listened to it a few times, and it's starting to grow on me, slowly. Now, I am intrigued. I was wondering if anyone out there knows anything about them? I saw the album in the used CD bin and bought it, knowing only that The Tragically Hip are a Canadian band and that they seem to have been around for awhile. Do you like them? Do you have any recommendations for me for future purchases? Fruvous-related content: ummmm....not sure. Does anyone in MF like the Tragically Hip?
