There seems to be a great misconception that Toledo is a mildly annoying town. Some others say it can't be that bad if Fruvous plays here once a year. Well, take it from a resident....TOLEDO SUCKS!!!! I've been all over this great state and, with the exception of those dingey Appalachian coal towns and Mansfield, this is the worst part of the state. Oh, it can't be *all* bad -- this town was the inspiration for the inserted "SPORTS!" during "Darlington Darling" -- they went on and on that night about Toledo's unimaginatively named "Sports Arena" and, well, it infiltrated one of the songs they did. Definitely looking forward to Fruvous tomorrow night -- this is the first time we've seen 'em in over a year... having a baby does that to one's concert-going schedule. - -- Stephen N. This is an entirely different situation. When you get a rental car for having work done on your car, I have to imagine that this is either covered by your warrentee or tacked on as a general fee of doing business with the dealership. I would assume that the rental company has an arrangement with the car dealer which covers under 25, etc. Nothing is free. > Also, a friend of mine was coming in from Toronto (he is also under 25) > so I was calling the car rental businesses to find out what prices > would be while he was in town. I noticed that this is not so true in canada, renting a car there was less expensive then renting it here, don't ask me why, perhaps less under-25-year olds on the road with better driving performance? I dunno, maybe it was the great exchange rate? > Some didn't charge anything and had no policy towards under-25-year-olds. > I think I called Enterprise Rent-a-Car and they didn't charge anything. > Or was that Budget?
