My mother and I both went to the Philadelphia High School for Girls. Well, KB went to Central, the "brother" school down the street. All the Central guys would come to the GHS steps after school to see the girls. KB was no exception. Apparently he and my mother were acquaintences. Thus my first one link. 2) For the Moview Wild Things, KB was in Miami, and the movie was set in one of my friends from Penn's high school. Apparently he and Neve Campbell met with my friend Bethann and others to ask about the behaviour of teens today. Thus my secong one-link. Remember that Hadley, and even Amherst are VERY close to NoHo. There's a new motel (Econolodge, I think?) on Route 9 in Hadley that may not be listed in any phonebooks or webpages... Maybe someone should call 413-555-1212 and check. There's also the HoJos on Route 9 (right on the Hadley/ Amherst border). The Campus Center Hotel on UMass campus has decent rates, and a staff member, I >>might<< be able to get a better deal. If y'all want to be in the same place, forget it :) But if a small group (2 couples?) want me to check out the UMassCC, just let me know? Jason? You interested? Speaking of which, Jason, I assume you can run my deck for the shows, yes? The input level knob is a little fucked, but I think you can deal :) Anyway, my place is out because it's REALLY tiny and I'm already going to have one person over. If anyone wants recommendations of (the very few) must-see places around town, lemme know. - -- . Qapla', . ' John Greene - Software Specialist . * . I can't even begin to describe my loathing for BSB and all other incarnations of the same group on a G-rated (or even PG for that matter) NG. It is a really cute song which nearly made me drive my car off the road the first time I heard it because I was laughing so hard... They're a local Kingston band, but they play a circuit in Hamilton, Toronto, Kingston, and Ottawa. They're a new band and gaining a lot of popularity here in Kingston (they play every Wednesday night at the Tir Nan Og). Their music is traditional Newfoundland music (similar to GBS), as well as some originals that are along the same vien. I'm guessing she really doesn't care if it will match her wardrobe or show off her eyes. I'm for big buttons so people will see them and wonder what they are. It makes the ng pin stand out from the Fruhead pin. I also really like pictures. - Chad ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 25 Aug 1998 09:08:08 -0500 From: Chad Maloney Subject: Re: Great Big Sea DGodwin1 wrote: > > Just to let everyone know....GBS has put up new US tour dates, through october > 2nd.
