Your story of seeing the beauty in simple things was humorous.. and understandable.. It reminded me of a time I was traveling in France.. I had purchased a Volkswagen Van in Germany and had turned it into a camper.. I had invited a new girlfriend along for a week of travel and we were driving along the road in the south of France.. I was feeling quite marvelous.. it was my first time in France.. earlier that day I had actually touched the Mediterranean Sea with my toes.. I looked out and saw the moon as it lit the trees.. I pointed out to her how incredible it looked.. she just looked at me as if I was out of my mind.. I realized then and there that it isn't just what you look at.. but how you see it.. As your own experience so clearly demonstrated.. Here's to seeing the world.. instead of just looking at it. Ciao for now.. It runs in the family. But, as I constantly point out to folks, at least I've got a good head of hair. Anyway it's a sign of wisdom and maturity!. ttfn, 'Speedy' Halstead aka John (john@police.tas.gov.au) **** ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V3 #237 ***************************
