You're not alone, Robin. "Are not my paintings enough?", he bellowed. "Will my audience never be satisfied with what I offer!" Guess not. Damn. Actually I really do have some vague plans for using myself as a model for a series of pieces, but you might not know its me. Tell ya what though. If I do, I'll tell Europa but she'll have to keep it a secret. I do believe there is a painting of my feet on my page. I think though that I probably won't ever place a photo of myself as just plain ol' Dave on my page. I like the detail that the people looking at my paintings don't know what I look like. I kind of wonder what they think I look like. My paintings tend to have a narrative quality (something I appreciate in T. Dolby's music which I think has had some impact on my own work) and that I imagine might invoke an image of a storyteller in a viewers mind. However, to satisfy the longings of Europa if she has a look at my page well, I think the last painting in the first row, those are my feet in those biker boots. - --Dave (not to cool for his own page) ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V2 #266 ***************************
