It is as if the patterns of the world are inscribed in a Chrono-Tablet to be followed exactly to the "T" (and that's T for Time, not Thomas). Don't get me wrong...I am all for Future-self and Remote Viewing Futures. But before examining this realm, the nature of physics and metaphysics must be understood in the best known scientific context possible a shrewd Critical Thinking. There exist a future --- the question is: what iteration do we want to branch off into thus participating in these future livings. Or do we want to take past event to expound the future. Have your pick, since in REALITY, the future, past, and present are but enigmatically SAME. We are like horses with blinders. I do believe however, that a lady by the name of Dolores Cannon is the self-proclaimed interpreter...since Nostradamus himself, channeled himself into one of her patient to speak to specifically to Ms. Cannon. But I suppose even the author of the Quatrains can be mistaken or misinterpreted. The Hale-Bopp "interpretations" came and went. electrix A philostopher from Gregory Peckery... > Sorry to contribute to the strangeness, but I did a little searching and > found this interpretation of the same quatrain: > > " The penultimate of the surname of the Prophet > Will take Diana for his day and rest: > He will wander far because of a frantic head, > And delivering a great people from subjection." > > Who's good with French? And, with apologies to Robin's friend, the translation that Keith found appears to be far closer. The second line definitely looks like "will take Diana for his day and rest" (there's nothing too obscure in that line of French). Now it could be that this translation is too literal and does not take idiom into account, but that's my quick answer. Sorry, I haven't been too vocal of late - I'm a little overwhelmed with trying to keep my little business on its development track (My Friend James(TM) is working hard on a way nifty web site for said business - yay, James!), finding a new job before the oft-threatened ax drops, dutifully keeping all my appointments with my personal trainer, maintaining my sanity in the face of unrelenting evil (my boss recently compared me to a member of the Hitler Youth for my desire to cooperate with others in our organization!!!), getting ready for a visit by my mom, AND finding a little time to hang with my friends... Now, how's that for an awfully long sentence??? Whew. I'll try to be less of a slug - promise. Cheers, Melissa - ----------------------------------------- Melissa R.
