Paul, I am very depressed, and I don't even know Mary Brown! So sorry to see a beloved member leave. . . It's extremely kind of you to offer to transcribe the 'Urges' bassline for me, but really you don't need to go to all that trouble. Someday I will be fast enough to follow it along on cello by ear myself. In the meantime, I can try to pick it apart with my cd pause button, my electronic tuner and my score paper. . .if I REALLY wanted to!!! Thanks, Robin :) ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 7 Mar 1997 09:19:06 -0500 (EST) From: BugRoom@aol.com Subject: Alloy: Re: Thomas Dolby Video/Prefab Video I recently ventured into a video store in Chicago (I wish with all my might I could remember the name of the store) that had "Live Wireless", and 2 or 3 more Thomas Dolby videos (dinner have the the money for the others). It also had "A Life Of Surprises - The Best of Prefab Sprout: The Video Collection". I bought that, as well as "Live Wireless". And also a Genesis live tape of 72-74 performances. I really couldn't believe this store was true. I'm wondering if it will still be there the next time I go to Chicago. :) Bug ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V2 #40 **************************
