How many songs/artists has that guy been involved with, that I didn't realize? I wonder. (Besides Eric Clapton and Madonna, those are the only two I know off-hand). Hey Paul, do we no longer need to put "Alloy:" in the subject line of our messages? - -- Elaine Linstruth Palmdale, CA (USA) ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 3 Mar 97 15:44:25 +1000 From: Paul Baily Subject: Re: Alloy: Collaboration Hey Elaine, >Hey Paul, do we no longer need to put "Alloy:" in the subject line of our >messages? If you mean 'when I type a message for Alloy do I have to put "Alloy:" at the beginning?' then, no that's fine the server will do that. If you mean 'The people on Alloy have become so familiar to me that I don't think we need the Alloy subject prefix at all.' [ :-) ] then, I agree, but I'm just one out of the many here: I think some people rely on it to easily identify Alloy messages. We could always try it without the prefix for a while and see what everyone thinks (takes a 30 sec quiet chat with the server to change either way.) Anyone have any thoughts? At all? About anything? Hello? :-) stay well, Paul. __________________________________________________________________________ Paul Baily paulb@thehub.com.au Consulting SE/IT Mercenary http://www.thehub.com.au/~paulb Brisbane, Australia There is a spirit here that won't be broken ------------------------------ End of alloy-digest V2 #35 **************************
