When Thomas Dolby and Michael Jackson's Thriller were hot on the
charts, Michael Jackson contacted TMDR and asked him to write a song
for him.  He couldn't refuse of course.  "Hyperactive!" was the
result, but MJ didn't "get" (understand?) the song.  So TMDR kept it
for himself and the rest is history.  (And TMDR admitted it was a
good thing he kept it!)  After all, it was his biggest UK hit.
