Rd. store Hi Monya, It just goes to show how friendly this list is! Unfortunately I haven't had time to get in to town and so I haven't managed to pick Record Collector as promised. But I think you've been given plenty to get on with . In fact I'll be taking advantage of some of those listed when I visit London on the 3rd September for an evening seminar. BTW - I don't know if you got my message a month or so ago. We have a record come into to town every 3 months or so. On the last two occasions I've seen the twin pack's for the 'Close but No cigar' single and a couple of others who's title I forget for about UK6 each (2 cd singles in each pack). The next fair is due soon would you like me to search them out? How many Blue Peter plant pot's could I make from this lot? Then I got a serious thought when looking at the 12" of She Blinded Me With Science (US Mix)with The Jungle Line on the flip side... Why do UK artists/record companies do re-mixes for different countries? What's wrong with the original that they think will make it a problem to sell? And why don't American artists release a 'UK Mix' of their singles? Any takers? Of course this album should be at least $15.00... I'm just glad to have it without the pops and pops the record has developed through the years of extensive playing down to where you can *see through* the album.
