Yes, Robin, you might want to look at that last line a little closer. I'm a keyboardist (computer) and I am also a keyboardist (piano). Of course, diet has something to do with it as well. But I'm getting carried away on something nobody probably cares abo... >> > >Come back here! What's wrong? Lay your head on Robin's nice warm comfy shoulder & tell her all about it. Here, have a cookie :) Now what were you saying? >Robin T > (mmghm shmmumph mmhm) These cookies (mmhshm) are really (mshsmmumph mmmfm) good! (mmhsms) And this shoulder (mmshm mphm) is so soft! (mmwmhm) Wow! (mmhmph) Look at that biking muscle! (mfshmmhm) You've been (mmshmfm) working out! Mmh Ooh! (cookie crumbs falling from my mouth) your husbands giving me that (mmhfmm ) crusty look. uh... oh yeah! Keyboards. Years ago, I did drafting full-time on a computer. I was their fastest and most accurate computer draftsman (I'm a perfectionist) but I ended up paying for it with physical therapy. Now, I have to watch just how much I use my fingers on the piano and computer or my carpal tunnel syndrome kicks up. I've always been a little overweight (about 20 pounds currently) my whole life and excess weight can affect carpal tunnel as well. So can alcohol and a lack of exercise. Massages do wonders for it. Better yet, find something that doesn't use the same motion all the time (such as computer and piano 24 hours a day!) You need to exercise your fingers with different exercises and activities that use different motions than what you currently do. However, some people never have a problem with carpal tunnel syndrome. Fortunately, I never had to get surgery for it, but if I'm not careful, I just might have to. I take an Aloe Vera drink every day that I sell that helps tremendously, but part of the equation is also, what do you put into your body that you shouldn't be... and that's where my problems are. I love ice cream! And cookies! Umm, speaking of... You know, I keep hearing about your cookies but have never had the opportunity to... ___________ JAMac (Dennis S.
